Comfort Club Preventative Maintenace Agreement - Commercial (1 Commercial HVAC Unit)

Our Comfort Club Preventative Maintenance Plan grants you 2 visits per year for one of our highly skilled technicians to perform preventative maintenance on your HVAC System. We even take the burden off of you and call you to schedule the appointment when it's convenient for your schedule. As a Comfort Club Customer you also receive 10% off any repairs needed between scheduled maintenance visits and pay no overtime fees whether it's nights, weekends or even holidays. Plus we guarantee you service within 24 hours of booking a repair or we will waive your diagnostic charge.

• Condenser Coils will be cleaned chemically and flushed with water (includes removing leaves from inside unit)
• Evaporator Coils will be inspected for cleanliness (add'l charges may be required for cleaning due to difficult access in most cases)
• Refrigerant Charge checked & adjusted as necessary (refrigerant not included)
• Thermostat(s) will be tested for proper function.
• Capacitors will be tested for proper range and relays for proper operation.
• Condensate Drain(s) will be flushed out and checked for proper drainage and proper pitch.
• Contactor(s) will be inspected for pitting and wear.
• Wiring will be inspected to check for loose connections.

• Heat Exchanger(s) will be inspected for cracks
• Burners will be inspected and cleaned as necessary
• Thermocouple(s) will be inspected
• Pilot(s)(if applicable) will be cleaned and adjusted as necessary
• Safety Controls & limits will be checked for proper operation
• Blower Wheel(s) inspected for cleanliness (cleaning is add'l cost due to difficulty of removal)
• Gas Line(s) will be checked for leaks or possible signs of corrosion.
• Gas pressures will be tested and adjusted per manufacturer specifications.
• Oil Nozzle(s), Oil filter(s) & pump strainer(s) will be replaced (Oil furnaces only)
• Flue Pipe will be inspected for proper installation and cleanliness.
• Belts & Pulleys will be inspected & adjusted as needed
